Champagne Jellies | シャンパン入りゼリー

Jelly cubes made from fresh juice served in champagne flutes! Pour champagne over top, and this is the perfect treat to serve at your New Year’s party! Use any flavour juice that you like – the more colourful, the better! This is kind of like the sophisticated version of jelly shots! haha If you don’t drink alcohol, then you can use sparkling apple juice instead!

Ingredients (serves 5)

Cherry Jellies:
❤ 3/4 cup cherry juice
❤ ¼ cup water
❤ 2 ½ tbsp gelatin

Orange Jellies:
❤ 3/4 cup orange juice
❤ ¼ cup water
❤ 2 ½ tbsp gelatin

Strawberry Jellies:
❤ 1 cup strawberry lemonade
❤ 2 ½ tbsp gelatin

❤ champagne

1. For each flavour of jelly, heat the juice and water (if using) in a pan over medium heat. Gradually sprinkle in and completely dissolve the gelatin, whisking after each addition. Pour the liquid into any container, like a glass or a mug. Place this in the fridge to fully set. This takes around 2-4 hours.
2. Once the jelly has fully set, cut it into little cubes. Then place the jelly cubes into champagne glasses until the little cubes reach the top of the glasses.
3. Pour champagne on top of the jellies, and enjoy with a spoon!

❤ゼラチン 大さじ2.5

❤オレンジジュース カップ3/4
❤水 1/4カップ
❤ゼラチン 大さじ2.5

❤いちごレモネード カップ1
❤ゼラチン 大さじ2.5

❤シャンパン 適量
