Pork Cutlet Sandwich (Katsusando)

These sandwiches are so quick and easy to make, and make the best companion on days where you don’t have very much time to prepare your lunch. You can use tonkatsu, or any leftover meat from dinner the night before, and you’ll have a cute, filling lunch in minutes!

Ingredients

・2 small dinner rolls
・1 serve of tonkatsu (cut in half) (recipe here)
・ketchup
・parsley
・butter

Directions

1. Slice the dinner rolls down the center of the bun, and spread lightly with butter. Arrange the tonkatsu so that they fit nicely inside.

2. Top with a little bit of ketchup and garnish with parsley.

前の日に夕食に食べる残ったとんかつを使うと、朝に簡単に作られ、時間を節約できます。

材料

・ロールパン                    2個
・とんかつ(半分に切った)     1枚 (レシピはこちらです)
・ケチャップ                     少々
・パセリー               少々
・バター                    適量

作り方

1.パンの中心に切り込むを入れて、バターを薄く塗って、とんかつを挟む。

2.ケチャップをかけて、パセリーを飾る。
